CD 102: Infection Control

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 1.7 million infections, from a variety of causes, are acquired each year in healthcare settings resulting in 99,000 deaths.

Infection is an ever-present threat that hospitals and medical facilities face, especially during construction or renovation. Join us to learn what you can do to make a difference.

This class will teach you the basics of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) practices so you can make sure that your facility is safe and protected during construction, renovations and routine maintenance activities. With the right information, we can work together to make a difference and reduce Healthcare Acquired Infections (HAI).
