Our office is located just outside Atlanta, in Marietta, Georgia. This convenient location along the I-75 corridor ensures that our crews can quickly reach anyone or any business in the Greater Atlanta area.

Our modern 45,000sf facility is open 24/7 and houses our Logistics and Administration departments as well as our Customer Contact Center. Our staff includes contractors, firefighters, engineers, and former military personnel – all of whom help customers prepare for, respond to, and rebuild after any type of disaster.

Now in our third decade of service – we have a deep level of expertise partnering with a wide range of industries, from multi-family and hospitality, to healthcare and education. We can service any Atlanta business – large or small, commercial or private – and we know how to work with insurance companies to help our partners navigate through even the most complex claim.

Training

Our custom 1,500sf training facility is where property managers, building engineers, and insurance professionals go for their professional development and continuing education. Courses range from seated lectures to hands-on demonstrations of real events – including fires, floods and active shooter situations. Since 2001, thousands of Atlanta’s finest professionals have turned to Epic to strengthen their personal and organizational resilience.
