With all that we are determined to accomplish as a company, we came to a realization that we had outgrown our brand identity – starting with our name, EPIC Response.

We saw the need to update the way we present ourselves and wanted the external facing image of our company to better reflect the internal heartbeat that drives us and expresses the essence of our culture.

While we will continue to respond in full force to the unexpected, we know that our work starts much earlier and goes much further than that quick response. We worked with several best-in-class providers to strengthen our operations – all to stay atop the industry and remain deserving of your trusting partnership. These upgrades allow us to get to you even faster and communicate with you all the more effectively.

It has been a great undertaking to truly examine ourselves and redesign the face of our company. However, we know that none of it matters unless it is a reflection of our strength in meeting your needs. We are here for you. For all the storms that lie ahead.
